Terms of Service

Using the site and the bot

• The site and the bot are for your own, personal use.
• Don't use them in a way that harms them or other players: no automated scraping, no attempts to get around rate limits or break in, and no using them to harass anyone.
• The bot answers a limited number of commands a minute for each person and each server, and we may remove it from a server, or block an account, that misuses it.

Data from Blizzard

Character, realm, item and other game data comes from Blizzard's API and is provided "as is", without any warranty that it's accurate, complete or available. World of Warcraft and Blizzard are trademarks of Blizzard Entertainment, which doesn't run or endorse this site or the bot.

Accounts

You're responsible for keeping your password safe and for what's done with your account. You can delete it at any time in Settings.

Premium

• Premium is a subscription, paid through Braintree, that renews automatically at the end of each period until you cancel.
• You can cancel at any time from the premium page. You keep premium until the end of the period you've paid for, and the part of a period already paid for isn't refunded.
• If we change the price, we'll tell you before your next renewal.

No warranty

The site and the bot are provided "as is". We work to keep them running and correct, but can't promise they always will be. As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for losses from using them, and our total liability is limited to what you've paid us in the last 12 months.

Changes

If these terms change, we'll update them here and change the date at the top. Using the site or the bot after that means you accept the new terms.
