The Ramkahen are a group of catlike people that reside in Uldum. They are descended from the tol'vir that were charged with guarding the tombs of the titans. To this end, the Ramkahen continue their ancestor's charge by guarding tombs all across Uldum. When Deathwing returned to Azeroth, he offered a choice to the Ramkahen people: join with him and the wind lord, Al'Akir and he would restore their stone bodies, lost long ago. The Ramkahen refused, seeing how the devastation that Deathwing would inevitably unleash across Azeroth would be catastrophic to their ancient charge. However, a group of tol'vir known as the Neferset tribe accepted Deathwing's bargain. This naturally pitted the two factions against one another. They intended to double cross Deathwing however and sought to overthrow Al'Akir. Both Deathwing and Al'Akir were ultimately defeated before the Neferset tribe could act.
