A giant doofus by the name of Briggul managed to somehow reach in to the real world and get a copy of Turbo, starring the affable Ryan Reynolds. As a result, he's decided that the key to success in life is training snails to race, deliver mail, and serve as a mount. Thank god he didn't his hands on a copy of Grand Theft Auto or Azeroth would be a VERY different place.
