The Shatar

The Sha'tar are a group of naaru that came to the Outland (formerly Draenor) with the draenei that fled Argus after Archimonde and Kil'jaeden fell victim to the temptations of power offered by Sargeras and joined with the Burning Legion. While the draenei initially lived in peace with the orcs that were native to Draenor, Kil'jaeden would eventually corrupt the orcs and use them to eliminate the draenei, particularlly, the Prophet Velen. Having retreated to Shattrath City, many of the draenei were slaughtered at the hands of the orcs, allowing for a small contingency to escape and rebuild. During the invasion of the outland, a coalition of Horde and Alliance forces came through the dark portal that originally brought the orcs to Azeroth with the goal of doing battle against the Burning Legion. The naaru arrived via the Tempest Keep, which also served as a vessel that once transported naaru and draenei as they fled from Argus. The Sha'tar then would seek to rebuild Shattrath City after it's destruction at the hands of the orcs to serve as a base of operations against Illidan Stormrage.

Marks of Kil'jaeden drop from members of the Burning Legion and can be found in any Outland zone. Turning in a stack of 10 awards 250 reputation points.

Mark of Sargeras (250 each)
Until Honored

Marks of Sargeras drop from elite or above max level members of the Burning Legion and can be found in any Outland zone. Turning in a stack of 10 awards 250 reputation points.

Sunfury Signet (250 each)
Until Honored

Sunfury Signets can drop off mobs in the Arcatraz, the Botanica, and the Mechanar. They can also drop off Sunfury mobs in the Netherstorm and Shadowmoon Valley. Turning in a stack of 10 awards 250 reputation points.

Arcane Tome (350 each)
Until Honored

Arcane Tomes can drop off mobs in the Arcatraz, the Botanica, and the Mechanar. They can also drop off Sunfury mobs in the Netherstorm and Shadowmoon Valley. Turning in one awards 350 reputation points.

Fel Armament (350 each)
Until Honored

Fel Armaments can drop off mobs in the Arcatraz, the Shadow Labyrinth, and the Mechanar. They can also drop off Deathforge mobs in Nagrand and Shadowmoon Valley. Turning in one awards 350 reputation points.
