Bilgewater Cartel

These nerdy goblins love to blow stuff up and invent new things. The new things they invent generally are designed to either blow stuff up or help blow stuff up.

Normal Rare Mobs (20 each)

Killing a regular rare mob is pretty easy and you should be able to solo it

Elite Rare Mobs (50 each)

Killing an elite rare mob *can* be soloed but you will probably need a party to assist

Side Gigs (50 each)

These side gigs arent terribly difficult to complete and are a small quest

Cartel Summoned Rares (100 each)

These rares are summoned by the cartel and will require several people to help you kill it

World Quests (200 each)

Much to no ones surprise, world quests are here again, this time granting reputation for the cartels.

Weekly Quests (1000 each)

A weekly quest is a slightly more involved version of a world quest, able to grab a new one with each reset
