Ratchet

Ratchet is a goblin run city located in the Barrens. It is a port city and like the other Steamwheedle cartel cities, it is faction neutral. After the forces of Azeroth defeated Archimonde at the World Tree, Thrall commissioned the construction of Orgrimmar. He hired a goblin named Gazlowe among others who completed the job much to Thrall's satisfaction. Gazlowe used the money from that job to create the initial settlement of Ratchet. When the Burning Legion returned to Azeroth, Ratchet was attacked by demons. Gazlowe and the local mercenaries were eventually able to drive back the demonic forces.

Bloodsail npcs (3 each)

Killing bloodsail npcs in the Cape of Stranglethorn awards 3 reputation points each.

Southsea npcs (5 each)

Killing southsea npcs in Tanaris awards 5 reputation points each.

Mending Old Wounds (500 each)

This repeatable quest requires you to turn in 40 linen cloth and 4 crystal vial. This will award 500 reputation points per turn in as well as subtract 500 reputation points from Bloodsail Buccaneers reputation.
