Highmountain Tribe

When the Burning Legion first came to Azeroth, a group of tauren, led by Huln Highmountain, fought against the demonic horde. During the battle, Huln saved the life of Eche'ro, a white moose, favored by Malorne. This earned Huln the respect of Cenarius. As a result, Cenarius blessed Huln and his followers. This transformed that faction of tauren to have moose-like antlers, in remembrance of the heroic act Huln performed for Eche'ro. After defeating Sargeras, the Highmountain Tauren would side with the Horde in their battle against the Alliance.
