Traditionally, the Arakkoa worship the bird god, Rukhmar. When an Arakkoa is found to worship another god or commits another unforgiveable deed, they are punished and sent to the cursed pools of Sethekk Hollow. There, they lose the ability to fly and become recognizable due to the contorted shape their bodies take. Rather than worshipping Rukhmar, they follow Anzu and Terokk. When the Arakkoa Outcasts greet one another, one will utter the phrase, "Shadows gather", to which the other Arakkoa will respond, "when the raven swallows the day." The Arakkoa Outcasts make use of shadow magic in order to fight the Arakkoa of those still following Rukhmar. A splinter faction of the Arakkoa Outcasts joined with the Burning Legion, led by former Arakkoa Outcast leader Iskar. However, many Arakkoa Outcasts refused to join and a war begin between the two groups in the Tanaan Jungle.

Mobs in Spires of Arak (5 each)

Killing enemies in the Skettis northern Spires and Lost Veil Anzu will reward 5 reputation points each.

Commendation of the Arakkoa Outcasts (300 each)

The Commendation of the Arakkoa Outcasts can be purchased during the Warlords of Draenor timewalking event for 50 Timewarped Badge.

Medallion of the Legion (1000 each)

The Medallion of the Legion can be looted from rare elites in the Tanaan Jungle. It awards 1000 reputation points with ALL Warlords of Draenor factions. Because it is BOE, it can also be purchased off the Auction House.

Relic of Rukhmar (2500 each)

The Relic of Rukhmar is a reward from the war table mission The Bloodmane Scrolls.
